At Four Bridges Wines we believe that wine can make the world a better place. We’re passionate about the idea that the wines we create should have a purpose. That’s why we’ve selected causes from across the United States that we believe in supporting as winemakers.
A portion of the proceeds from every bottle of Four Bridges Wines is donated to a special cause that’s important to us and our customers. Learn more about the causes we support below. FEED MY STARVING CHILDREN
“Feeding God’s starving children hungry in body and spirit.”
Every year, millions of children die from preventable causes including undernutrition. Hunger is still causing nearly half of deaths in children under 5 years old – 6,200 each day. Feed My Starving Children (FMSC) believes hope starts with food. FMSC is dedicated to seeing every child whole in body and spirit.
The FMSC process is simple. Donations fund the meal ingredients. Volunteers hand-pack the meals. Meals are donated to FMSC food partners around the world, where kids are fed and lives are saved!
Four Bridges Wines is proud to facilitate the connect between our customers and FMSC and the mission they serve. FMSC works with food distribution partners that stay with communities for the long haul, empowering them to move from relief to development and help kids reach their full potential.
ALONG COMES HOPE
Along Comes Hope® is helping families of children with cancer. They provide support through financial assistance with travel for treatment, creative emotional support programs, and advocacy to promote policy changes, awareness and education.
Founder and CEO Jennifer Mulks Wieneke, began Along Comes Hope® in 2013 after her personal journey with cancer. It was along this path Jenny realized the dire need for financial and emotional support for children battling cancer and their families. They don’t always have the financial means to receive treatment at the hospital that will provide the best opportunity for survival for their child. And, often they lack the emotional support for the entire family to work through this difficult time.
Currently, 1 out of 285 children will be diagnosed with cancer. No child should have to face cancer alone, and no family should be away from their child’s side. Four Bridges Wines is proud to connect our customers with Along Comes Hope and the important mission they serve.
